Request to Enroll in Over 12 Units - DVC Counseling  (925) 685-1230 ext. 2276 or 2278

Please note this new change.  Summer students may enroll up to 12.0 units for summer without the dean's permission.  

 

It generally takes 1-2 working days for the Dean to review your request.  The Dean will notify you via e-mail if your request to exceed 12.0 units has been approved or disapproved. 

If you have been approved, the Dean will clear you to register over the phone or computer to enroll in over 12.0 units (on or after you registration date/time).  You will not have to come into our office.
