It generally takes 1-2 working days for the Dean to review your request.  The Dean will notify you via e-mail if your request to exceed 19.0 units has been approved or disapproved. 

If you have been approved, the Dean will clear you to register over the phone or computer to enroll in over 19.0 units (on or after you registration date/time).  You will not have to come into our office.
