Schedule an assessment

DVC has two campuses, Pleasant Hill and San Ramon. It is very important that you pay close attention when scheduling an appointment as to which campus you made the appointment at.

If you require extra time or other accommodations for a disability, please register with DVC's Disability Support Services office before scheduling an assessment (Student Services Center, room 248, phone: 925-969-2185).

Please note:
you cannot take the assessment at DVC for use at another college and DVC does not release placements to other schools. See our assessment policies for more information.

I need to reschedule or cancel

  • Sign in as you did to make the appointment and click on view or cancel appointments. A canceled appointment does not count as a no-show.
  • If you do not properly cancel your appointment you will be considered a "no-show"
    • If you are a "no-show" for two appointments, you will be blocked from making another appointment for one week.
    • If you are a "no-show" for three appointments, you will be blocked from making another appointment until the following semester.
